Looks hijacking ! ! Why ??

And there is real FLightaware data (not estimated) in the middle of the flight, but far away from the straight route !
There was no problem with this direct flight Shanghai Fukuoka. Only a tracking problem.

Generally this sort of thing means that there was ambiguity in matching aircraft up with planned flights.
e.g. something took off out of HKG with a callsign that matched the MU flight, and there was no better data to contradict it until later.
