Error 500 on my requests

Using the documentation area of this site to test API requests or Postman are all giving me the following:

"title": "Internal error",
"reason": "INTERNAL_ERROR",
"detail": "Internal error has occurred",
"status": 500

Is anyone else having this? How do I resolve it? Emails to support are horrendously slow to get response from, nothing year from earlier today. Live chat is no use either.

Sorry for the trouble. There was a misconfiguration on your account in our backend that I’ve resolved. Your API requests should no longer result in 500 errors.
