Enterprise ADS-B feeder Adding AeroAPI Error

I’m an existing Enterprise ADS-B feeder trying to subscribe to AeroAPI Personal tier. Getting ‘This transaction is pending further review’ on two different cards. No fraud alert or pending charge from my bank. Can someone from FlightAware help? I’m hoping I didn’t double charge. Trying to get my historical feeder data

Your recent purchase is likely under a compliance hold. This is the standard process when purchases are initiated on our website. During this period, the transaction is not completed on our end. Once the hold has been lifted, you should receive a notification from FlightAware to try your purchase again. After re-submitting your request, then your card will be charged to finalize your purchase.
