Enterprise account?

What happened to my enterprise account. I cant even see my feeder. my router show my feeder connected. What am i missing? Thanks for any help.

Your feeder might be running, but obviously not delivering any data to Flightaware
What device are you using? Raspberry or a Flightfeeder provided by FA?

If you say “connected” is it only the connect? Do you have a local map which is working properly?

If Raspberry some logs would be helpful.
Open console and check the status of the piaware service. This is the main service who connects and upload data to Flightaware.

If it is running, check journal with
sudo journalctl -xe |grep piaware

and post the output here.
If it is a Flightfeeder provided by FA, then you need to contact the support

There isn’t a site for the user thecottonpatch, but maybe you did use a different name/alias?

Can you log into the FA website?

I’ve had the same account for couple years. And I have been feeding from my dongles for almost 2 years I think. And I just so happen to log on today and nothing. I’m using a Pi that I got off the FA web store. My account doesn’t even show my SkyView or anything it’s like gone.

I’m using the raspberry Pi that I got from the FA web store. Kinda weird cause it’s been running awesome and all of a sudden gone

Well, the feeder probably stopped sending data for while, and after a month it was removed from your account.

This feeder is still connected, but stopped feeding 978MHz (UAT) data on around 2025-01-18 and stopped feeding 1090MHz data on around 2025-02-17. The site then expired after a while with no data being fed (it’ll reappear once new data arrives)

Recent piaware log messages say that neither dump1090 nor dump978 are running; it’s been trying to restart them with no success.

I can’t diagnose remotely beyond that; might be a hardware failure. First steps would be to check all the connections to the Pi.

That doesn’t answer my questions.
If the feed stopped for a certain amount of time, the stats will disappear as well.
