Why end? You do realize that your membership fees are non-refundable, don’t you?

akouko, your account at FlightAware is free and you don’t need to cancel it.
If you’d like help canceling your account at another flight tracking service, please call our customer service number (800 713 8570).

I’d like to cancel my membership, too, even if it is free. I don’t want identifying info out there, I keep my presence on the web to a minimum. Sadly, this website doesn’t do what I had hoped it would, no discredit intended, but I couldn’t know its limitations until after I joined. Please let me know how to cancel, and thank you.
As per the very first reply to the original poster’s question back in 2009, use the contact form on the website to contact FlightAware support staff.
