I was bored today, so I looked at all the Emirates flight bound to the US. When I came across EK217/218 to and from Los Angeles, I saw that it last arrived 2 weeks ago.

What is the reason for them stopping this flight? Not enough revenue or passengers?
Aircraft shortages and route perfomance issues apparently…
Plus DXB-SFO and DXB-SEA to pick up west coast demand.
Maybe that is also the reason why the 2x a day Houston flight became once a day because of the new service to Dallas. I might have a feeling that the same thing might happen with JFK when Emirates starts flights to DC.
