Several years ago, it was possible to check a flight route from one airport to another (ex. JFK-LAX) and it would not only show the carriers
that flew that route, flight numbers, etc…but it would also show on the US map each flight that was in transit, at different points of that flight route.
Then, a year or so ago (could be longer) that display was no longer visible. Is it not possible to see all flights on the map at the same time that
are flying from one specific airport to another?
The service was “improved” by showing connecting flights also. I think it was a mistake but I guess there are a few people (4 or 5) that think this is great. I don’t - I wish they would go back to the old system.
I agree, the old way was much better.
