Discontinued Flight information

I would like to know the API information which gives me the information about discontinued flight.
Please advise.

FlightInfoEx can be used to determine if a flight is cancelled. In many cases if a flight is cancelled then the actualdeparturetime will be -1. You can also see if a flight was diverted in the FlightInfoEx method.
