Well that’s a terminal strip. Center strips are slightly different (for those centers that still have strips). Yes remarks do show up on the strip however information in the remarks can get replaced by other information passed between facilities. e.g. NORDO, DVRSN, etc. Another thing is that I run into frequently is that planes flying though our airspace have very lengthy remarks and depending on number of fixes in its route of flight, some or most of the remarks simply get dropped off because there’s no room.
