I configured the API, but maybe there is an error in the configuration when the FlightAware try to send the information of “departure”. The departure information is intermittent. So, only sometimes we received it.
Is there anyone with the same problem and could help me?

I’m not sure this is your problem, but maybe - Could it be that while the aircraft are on the ground you have obstacles between your antenna and them that could be causing signal loss?
I have a low-mounted antenna for now (about to fix that this weekend) and when I watch aircraft at my local airport on my local live data served up by the Pi, I see repeatable loss of signal in certain parts of the airport. The only rationalization I’ve got for that is buildings or terrain somewhere between my antenna and them that block the signal path to me. That’s why I’m mounting a higher gain antenna on my roof.
