Positions only change when the aircraft is moving, and will vary depending on what type of coverage area the aircraft is in. Radar positions will generally be once per minute, ADS-B positions are rate-limited to approximately 4 times per minute, Satellite datalink may sometimes be every few minutes or only once per hour. When outside of a coverage area, we may generate estimations, at approximately once per minute.

Many of the flights you referenced are in areas where we do not receive Radar or ADS-B positions, so the only location information is derived by straight-line estimations.

Of the few flights and positions you listed that I randomly checked, the position listed was the final position at the destination airport, so no further movement is expected to occur for that flight.
