Crazy track - any idea what would cause this? I started tracking this plane because it was the farthest away at the time at about 208 NM. Then I had a meeting I needed to attend. When the meeting was over the plane was at the position shown. I did not watch its progress in the interim. This is not a publicly available flight on FA, so I can’t confirm the flight there. Looks like a bug of some sort to me.
OK - I think I know what happened. The plane flew in to San Antonio, then took off again, but I’m missing the portion of the track after it took off. Weird, though, that it seems to have continued only after it got up to altitude, even though it was closer to my location.
