Here’s a screen shot of a polygon area that I get. Notice the polygon isn’t closed (around Barstow area). So I am having problems capturing theoutline.json file.
So close it?
That’s on you visualizing the data.
Not on the data.
The data doesn’t duplicate the start point to “close it”.
The webinterface takes care of that.
The code shapeVolumne.py does close it:
$ ./shapeVolumne.py 1-outline.json
Area: 72101 square miles (1-outline.json)
And, I see from bmcent1’s screen shot the polygons aren’t closed.
