They do a lot of cloud seeding in western KS, I couldn’t tell you the tail numbers right off hand, but I can tell you that they use comanches and a cheyanne. I’ll have the tail numbers for you soon but I do know the comanche’s don’t file because they stay in front of the clouds verses punching through them like the cheyanne. The company uses students from my school (Kansas State University-Salina) as interns during the summer to do the seeding. If all goes according to plan, I should be doing it next summer.
