Cirrus Design sues former supplier over bankruptcy rumors
Cirrus Design Corp says a former supplier is trying to put the Duluth-based aircraft maker into bankruptcy and wants a federal judge to put a stop to it, according to a new lawsuit.
In a lawsuit filed in Minneapolis’ U.S. District Court Friday, Cirrus said L-3 Communications Avionics Systems Inc. is trying to drive a wedge between Cirrus and its suppliers by spreading false rumors of an impending Cirrus bankruptcy.
