Changed Raspberry Pi - How to remove old ip

I had running PiAware on an original Raspberry Pi, it worked but not reliably.

I added a newer Raspberry Pi model B and it works fine and is recognised as a second ‘server’ on my stats page, unfortunately there is only the original ip address showing and not my newer pi’s ip! If I click on the link it fails as I’m no longer using that IP address or the Pi.

How can I delete the original and only use the newer?

If I get the latest Raspberry PI 3, how would I upgrade/edit my details in future?
