Just wondering what your guys’s thoughts are on what is the best U.S. airlines to fly for? Pay, hours, flight times, fleet things like that?
“work for” in what regard? Pilot? Dispatcher? Ramp? Customer service? Executive? Cargo? Call Center?
Work for as a pilot.
I think that will very from person to person. There are pilots at every airline that will say that airline is the best to work for. At the same time you will have some at that same airline that prefer to be somewhere else.
I am sure where you live, your schedule, how much you make, and your expectations all play into it. If you really like where your living and based, I would guess your happier over someone who isnt.
I have talked to some pilots who say as long as you dont get into all the non-flying stuff its the best job in the worldgetting paid to fly

I agree. It depends on the person. For me, I love working for Southwest because I am based out of Oakland, CA, which I live very close to. Also, I am gone for only 3-5 days and I am home for like 2-3 days so I still spend alot of time with family. But, thats just me.
