API key does not work

The current API key return a 404 error
The dialog for generating a 2nd API key does not work either

When trying to generate a new API key do you see a “Request Another API key” button at the bottom that reveals a form and a faded “Get your API key” button, or is somethings else appearing?

When adding another API key both of the agreements in the “Acknowledgments” section must be selected before the “Get your API key” will work.
