Confirmed piaware builds and works OK on Ubuntu 18.04 by using package-bionic.

The ubuntu targets are semi-maintained, in that they worked at one point but I don’t test them every release.

I’ve been doing some rework of our build infrastructure and at least testing the build process on Ubuntu is somewhat more feasible now; but it’s likely that we’d only look at supporting LTS releases to begin with.
