Aircraft type not displayed

Hi all

On some airborne aircraft pages, aircraft type is not displayed.

Example right now (page might not work if aircraft is not in-flight):

I know it’s a PC12 but ca’t find any field with tat information on the page.

Is here a known reason ? Do I have to set an option somewhere ?
