For the record, please advise what types of reports are included in the category “Other.”
I asked this question via FA chat. Answer given was “ModeS and TIS-B.” Is that correct?
Why ask? I’m feeding FA via PlanePlotter. My PlanePlotter feed includes HFDL and 13 channels of VHF ACARS. Each of those sources produce thousands of reports daily. I want to know if FA makes use of those reports.
If not, please explain what distinctions FA makes to put ADS-B in one bucket, and “ModeS and TIS-B” in another.
