I have a PiAware Pi setup at my home in Brazil and now in the process of setting up another Pi at my home in California. Can I add the new Pi to my existiing account and if I can how do I do that?
Yes you can, while being logged in to your FA account, claim the new device after setting up dump1090-fa and piaware.

Alternative you can install piawareweb after the standard installation and claim it from that webpage
sudo apt install piaware-web
The new device will be added to your account.
