Self sufficiency in coding related to ADS-B

I have been at this for two months. Turns out there is no correlation between interest in aviation and expertise in coding.

I have taken several LINUX and PYTHON tutorials, but “Hello World” only goes so far.

Many forum members have been incredibly helpful and have gone way beyond in helping me, but I want to be more self sufficient. I can copy and paste code with the best of them, but I want to move toward writing the scripts/code that I need. Move to the next level, so to speak.

Could the smart guys on the forum please put together a “sticky” pointing to links or resources that would help newbies start to get up to speed in understanding the coding involved in ADS-B.

As always thank you.

The very first step in learning “Linux for ADS-B” is to learn some fundamental commands.

Thank you!

Double Thank You!
