V3 API Key is not enabled

Hi Maybe someone here can help,

try contacting sales but slow response. Already continue payment but my V3 API is inactive and got new API V4. The problem is my company system is not ready yet move to V4 (under dev). Can we enabled it again for V3 API to continue service on our end parallel working on moving to V4?
