Upgraded from 3.5.1 to 3.6.3 and all my planes are grey

Hi folks,

I have two receivers, both have auto update turned off. Until a short while ago, both were running 3.5.1.

From the web control panel at flight aware, I told one of them to update. It’s now showing 3.6.3-bpo8+1 and all my aircraft have turned grey. They are different shades of grey but they don’t match the altitude gradient on the map.

Can I fix this?

This get’s rid of the browser cache.

Thanks - Not quite so straightforward on Safari but I cleared the cache for the IP my system is on and it’s fine. My range rings have defaulted back to standard colour but I can live with that.

Well it overrides the html directory. So you would need to apply those changes to the range rings again by hand.

Aye, I’m aware of that. I’m not going to bother, it’s a tweak I made when I first set this up but it’s not really needed. I don’t exactly sit looking at the maps any more, these just run in the background.

There is a few new details now for some planes at least.
Indicated and true airspeed, selected flight level and GPS altitude :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Makes it much more interesting or … not :slight_smile:
I always have to check when the weekly or so AN12 flies overhead quite a few miles south if i identified that plane correctly.
