Ouch would be best said… I live by the statement we were born adam and eve, not adam and steve… :stuck_out_tongue:

Diversion in quick order before I EVER need a little John, big John or any kind of John.

wear a diaper.
I was working in the containment at palo verde nuclear power plant in a locked high radiation area (LHRA), during steam generator replacment. it took about 2 hours to leave the area undress go to the bathroom and redress and get back to our location. it also took 4 other people to get us in and out. we were in a low rad area inside of the LHRA and to get us out to void caused me and several rad techs to get alot more dose than just to use a diaper. we also wore an ice vest as the temps were 120 with 100% humidity. the vests are 18 of those 4"x4" blue ice bags in a 3x3 grid in pockets on the front of the vest and 3x3 on the back of the vest, like fishermans vest. The diaper was embarresing to wear and you crunched while you walked, but you got far less radiation dose and you stayed comfortable with the ice vest.
wallgreens had them and you can just say yoru getting them for you mom or dad and nobody will look at you funny.
oh and a condom catheter would be an even better idea, no odor and no bulky diaper and no cruncy noises as you move about the cockpit.

I just threw up in my mouth a little

yeah just be thankful you are not flying a 24 hour mission on a bomber with no bathroom, its alot worse.
in reguards to extended flights, some people are at risk for DVT’s and other issues, maybe its best to limit yourself to 1 sectional map a day.

oh and you can take zofran its a great antiemetic.
