Anyone else noticed this flight as well. Did not expect to see a Russian aircraft en route to Washington.
The US and Russia have not severed diplomatic relations (as of now), so each country will continue to have some access under relevant treaties to supply their respective embassies. A similar situation will likely exist for Russia’s UN representation in New York.
