Flight returning from Oshkosh yesterday was tracked until just south of Grand Rapids yet records my arrival time in Northeast Ohio. The track stops about the time controllers asked that we turn off mode C transponder as it was giving erroneous readings. Why didn’t the tracking continue as control still had us in 2 dimensions and we called out confirmation of holding altitude or changing to their requests?
Are we to assume that the flight in question is your username, Ken? Cuz that doesnt appear to be the correct flight.
Please provide the tail or flight number so we can research this issue.
