Like maybe he had a little to much anti-freeze in his radiator.

Makes one wonder how one can ball-up such a beautiful aircraft on a full moon, basically CAVU night landing!

I know without a scintilla of doubt if that had been me I would have gotten checked out by medical staff just to cover my own ass… er, um, assets! I look forward to reading the results of the investigation of this event.
