Why are airframes occasionally fully painted in a new operator’s full livery, only for them to not be taken up by that operator? I’m specifically wondering about 9K-ALF (MSN 4349) that went to Kuwait Airways instead of to Allegiant as N264NV, whose colors it’s still wearing.
