I need help with my feeder! Recently it started having a problem, I don’t know what it is yet, but the management and logs page says: NO RADIO DETECTED; NOT CONNECTED TO MODE S RECEIVER
(my antenna is connected)

I wanted to know if any of you know the solution or if this is a physical hardware problem. It was working very well, then at midnight FlightAware sent me an email saying it stopped working, stopped sending data. At 3 pm, they said it started sending data again, and now I’m trying to find out if it’s a physical problem. The device is in perfect condition, the antenna is ok, and the feeder is ok. If anyone knows the reason, please tell me here on the forum, I need help.

Contact adsbsupport@flightaware.com since they can manage and diagnose your setup. Flighfeeder equipment is something that the normal users can’t assist with so the best and fastest way is to email support.
