Some times on my radar, a nearby ground station is showing up.
What is the purpose of those ground stations?
They’re for testing the ADS-B system.
Are you sure it’s a ground station? If you’re seeing stationary targets and they’re located at an airport it could be ground vehicles.

I have one on my receiver almost 24/7 visible. And it’s not a ground vehicle as i my range can’t go that far.
It is a ground station… It’s some kilometers away from Billund Airport (BLL/EKBI)
The blue marker is the airport, which also have a ground station, the other one is the ground station i’m seeing.
Maybe it’s this guy here;
