Experiencing Authentication Issues with AeroAPI

I am having trouble with authentication when trying to use AeroAPI. Despite following the documentation, I keep getting an authentication error. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

I do not see an AeroAPI account for this username. Is the account under a different username?
