I had the opportunity to measure the return loss at 1090MHz.
It is mounted a bit close to the analyser which may have detuned it a bit but I had no means of holding it in free space at the time.
Return loss is about -28dB so the SWR is about 1.08:1
So we couldn’t measure gain with what we had but it is a dipole.
