I bought a Flightaware ads-b filter(from Amazon),I would know best solution:
near antenna or near the receiver?

in front of receiver is better (when using an amplifier: antenna->amp->cable->filter->dongle). the amplifier should always placed near antenna. be aware that the filter reduces 1090mhz signal too. so - it’s only useful if you have strong signals on other frequencies. in addition the flightaware filter is nearly worthless at european gsm 920-960mhz.

p.s. saw that your site is located in sicily - did you know that the inventor of dump1090 (the software that mostly drives all this ads-b stuff) is from sicily too :slight_smile:
