(1) I use Flightaware’s “1090MHz ADS-B Antenna - 66cm / 26in”, purchased from Amazon, and am very satisfied with it. Good performance for a very reasonable price.
(2) The Maximum Range depends on antenna location. Check maximum possible range at your location using method given in first post of this thread:
