Yesterday was my 1st anniversary (First feed: Aug 12, 2025).
Still a long way to go compared to you guys!

My PHL site is at 777 today (weeee 777 haha). My sites would have had longer streaks but they go out either by me disconnecting for severe weather or random power outages.

10 years today. From a small cut antenna behind a window, to non-ideal setups with combination of flat coaxial cable through a window and many meters of coax below rooftiles to the antenna; to the current setup with FA antenna on the roof and RPi3 directly below it in the attic with just a short piece of coax. Had a handfull of issues but 99% of the time; if just works and honestly I don’t think much about it.
I am thinking about changing to ADSB.im but I would like to take current data (like 5 years of graphs) to go along. So I just haven’t bothered yet.
Also interested in AIS tracking, but community around that seems to be a lot smaller. Also don’t think my location is well suited for AIS. (Nearest rivers are ~7-8km. away).
