I have been tracking an aircraft just out of curiosity because it stops (probably fuels) in Alva, Oklahoma: It belongs to Lofty LLC out of Bakersfield, CA (KBFL) - the tail number is: N450MW. What is Lofty LLC??? 
Probably nothing more than a name. The set up of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) where the vehicle is the only asset is the popular thing to do. as LLC would imply, in the event of a loss, the only thing that can litigated for liability compensation is the value of the asset and any insurance benefit…in a nutshell.
