The piaware SD card image you installed is a Beta version. This error will be fixed when Flightaware releases regular version. Please see this:

The issue above was with the piaware bullseye repository which the piaware sdcard refers to but which doesn’t exist yet:

E: The repository 'http://flightaware.com/adsb/piaware/files/packages bullseye Release' does not have a Release file.
