Wells Fargo Trustee vs Actual Owner

What determines what name shows up on FA, i.e. Wells Fargo Trustee or the actual owner. My guess would be if the owner still owes money on the plane that they have to leave the “WFTrustee” on the title until it is paid off. Another guess would be for privacy issues.

You got it. We display the registered owner, not necessarily the entity operating the aircraft.
