Very Short Reposition -- Except Jet Aircraft are not allowed

This CJ2 repositioned to RHV (Reid Hillview in San Jose, CA). But, RHV prohibits most jet aircraft. (Yes, they do allow FAR 36 aircraft, but, I’ve never seen one into the airport, EVER!)

If it was initially heading to KSNA like many previous flights, it might have been caught up in the fallout from the power outage at the ATC center.
