Hello Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my AeroAPI account.
My API key was suspended due to a payment processing issue on my card. I have since updated my payment information and the payment has been successfully processed.
However, my API key status is still showing as “Red” (suspended), and it is not working.
I tried to generate a new API key using the “Add API Key” button, but nothing happens when I click it (no error message, just loading and then nothing).
Could you please review my account and reactivate my API key or assist me in generating a new one?
