What’s up with UPS Flight 9851, it flew approximately 2/3 of the way from KPIE to KRIC then turned around and headed back toward KPIE ?
If you look at the history, there are 3 entries. Two of them are diversions, first back to origin then to Orlando where it appears to have landed.
