united posted the other day that it will move from Elk Grove Villiage to a building in Chicago. Thank God, i was wondering if it would move. i know this is a little late but i haven’t been able to mention it at all. I’m a United supporter.
Technically, they are moving to Chicago. Elk Grove Village is not part of Chicago, although it is in the Chicago area.
Always splitting hairs just for the sake of splitting hairs…
I think the main idea here is that most United employees based in the greater Chicago area will not have to move to keep their current job with the airline, and that the revenue stream generated by the micro-economy that revolves around having United at ORD will continue.
