Was looking a flight radar app and this website at Airfrance flight AF1068 which a friend was on which was going direct from Paris CDG to Manchester but then made a 1 hour stop at East Midlands on the way this was not a scheduled stop it’s a direct non stop flight what would it of stoped at East Midlands for for as East Midlands is only Half an hour from Manchester so

Sometimes there are flight diversions if there is fog this happens quite often. It is not too far to Manchester they may continue the journey by bus or it may take off to Manchester. Sometimes the plane may have been repositioned due to other aircraft being taken out of service. Don’t panic she will reach her destination.
