Just read about this on a net. Very sad my prayers to the family and the AA family. When I worked as a training and safety manager, I always said this job should never be taken for granted you could come to work and not go home just because of one mis-step. Commander loaders for anyone who has never seen or used one get VERY slick in the rain. We use them at FX and man in the ice, rain and snow they are NO fun…baby steps.
