I noticed sometimes (and it seems like in the northeast) flightaware will not always ‘draw’ out that green flight path on some of my IFR flights.
Any idea why?
Guessing since you didn’t post a link to the actual flight, but this happens very frequently when you are transferred from center to approach control of the airport you are arriving at.
On the hand off from center to approach, based on other posts in this forum, it’s because the approach controller shows you “arrived” even though your wheels are not on the ground causing the flight track to terminate at that hand off point.
