Why do i see this message on a plain THY79K that is in my area ?

Tracking data for this position-only flight is incomplete and potentially inaccurate.

This message is shown when the ADS-B data can’t be matched up with a flightplan that FA knows about.

ok, so that’s why I every day see more aircraft on my local Pi Web than on the Live Flight Tracking  
I had NRV180 crossing south over Norway now landing on OSL but LiveTracker told me it landed 3 years ago… 😕
