Can the times displayed be changed to Z time?

Yes! Choose _GMT/UTC/Zulu_ as your timezone in [your profile](http://flightaware.com/account/manage.rvt) and choose _Display Flights In My Timezone_.  
You may also want to choose _24-hour time (i.e., 22:16)_ and _Only Display Time Zone in Mouse Hover/Tool Tips_.
