Thomson Air (TOM) and Air India (AIC), 787s not tracking

When I compared the data from Flight Aware to FlightRadar24, I found that there were a number of flights from TOM that only showed the 767 flights in Flight Aware instead of all of their flights, including the new Dreamliner 787.

As for the AIC flights, I found no instances of them in Flight Aware at all.

Is there something that can be done to show these flights?

Our coverage extends anywhere we receive data from the Air Navigation Service Provider or the airline directly. In this case we’re receiving neither.

Other sites will use positions and schedules only to provide different coverage with a different user experience.
